It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.Core ResponsibilitiesDrives production of the crewAbility to mentor/train labourers & pipelayersDirect machineryCan read drawingsIdentify soil typesUnderstands correct amount of gravel placement around pipe prior to backfillQualificationsYears of experience: Minimum 2Education: High School or EquivalentConsidered an asset:Ground Disturbance Lv. 2Confined SpaceFall ProtectionFirst AidPhysical fitness for high-intensity tasks.Lift up to 50lbsThis role includes tasks requiring respiratory protection.
