From the beginning in 2011, our mission has been to produce premium contemporary garments in a more responsible and sustainable way. We therefore integrate sustainability into everything we do.


Main responsibilities
  • Managing and continuing to improve the expenses process within Stanley/Stella: purchase orders and expense notes verification, approval and recording, payment scheduling and monitoring.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all finance vendor enquiries
  • Recording, follow-up and reconciliation with balance sheet of the following accounting entries (non-exhaustive): invoices and credit notes to be received/issued, accrued and deferred charges, …
  • Payroll recording, controlling and reconciliation for all locations of Stanley/Stella
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and working closely with Controlling to produce monthly reports
  • Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements
  • Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing vendor and bank reconciliations
  • Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis

Your profile
  • You have a bachelor degree in Accounting
  • You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as an internal accountant
  • You speak English and French fluently
  • You have strong adaptive skills
  • You have good time-management and prioritizing skills
  • You have excellent command of accounting systems and MS Office 365 (Excel, PP, Word…)
