Position: Director of Marketing & Communications

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate comprehensive strategies and blueprint the roadmap to achieve our goals.
- Oversee content creation and social media tactics to captivate our audience.
- Delve into the core needs of our customers and drive engagement with finesse.
- Take the helm in managing our brand identity and corporate image.
- Devise and implement promotional and sales strategies that command attention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the agriculture or rural community sectors.
- Social media aficionado with a flair for digital communication.
- Demonstrated success in audience engagement and brand cultivation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
