Senior Manager IM/IT Operations (Project Director) LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Manager IM/IT Operations (Project Director) for a 2-year term with its Ottawa-based customer. Key Tasks: Leading large-scale IAM projects, including concept definition, requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Establishing the vision for IAM systems and driving adoption of modern identity solutions (SSO, MFA, access provisioning, lifecycle management). Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, ISO, ITSG) and internal security policies. Managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. Overseeing vendor management, contract negotiation, and integration of IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) with enterprise systems. Providing strategic guidance on identity governance, access management, and risk mitigation. Reviewing budget proposals and recommending changes as needed. Key Qualifications: Engages and influences senior leadership, including Directors, CIOs, and executive committees, translating complex technical initiatives into clear business outcomes. Hands‑on expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), implementing and integrating enterprise solutions such as SSO, MFA, access provisioning, and cloud platforms. Serves as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams, coordinating activities, centralizing IAM solutions, and ensuring alignment and reporting across stakeholders. Additional Qualifications: College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with several years of experience in information management or information technology. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or equivalent are preferred. Proven experience leading the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and solutions, including SSO, MFA, access provisioning, and enterprise integrations. Experience managing IAM platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, and coordinating with stakeholders and third‑party providers. Skilled in planning, evaluating, and advancing IAM, network, and security projects, including requirements development, product lifecycle management, and contract negotiation. Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycle, scope, and change in multi‑technology environments, and to develop and execute RFP processes for IAM solutions. Strong documentation skills, preparing technical and business documentation related to IAM. Assets: Bilingual (English and French). Experience delivering enterprise IAM modernization in a government or public‑sector environment. LeverageTek is an equal opportunity employer.
