What You’ll Do

We are looking for a seasonal HR Professional with a strong background of cross functional experience. As a senior human resources client advisor, you will:

  1. Provide on-demand over the phone advice and guidance to our clients on a wide range of HR topics including recruitment and selection, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, accommodation, performance management, terminations, and attendance management.
  2. Provide guidance and advice on (and interpretation of) HR-related legislation and regulations across jurisdictions including employment standards, occupational health and safety, human rights, and workers’ compensation.
  3. Direct clients to or provide clients with additional resources to improve their understanding and help to resolve their expressed concern or inquiry.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction and foster client engagement on every call.
  5. Remain abreast of all current and emerging HR-related legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements About You

You are a seasoned HR professional who:

  1. Has at least 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  2. Has proven experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and advising on all primary HR functions.
  3. Has an in-depth understanding of all HR-related legislation and regulations, including interpretation and application.
  4. Can establish rapport quickly and build lasting and trusting relationships.
  5. Is focused on the customer or client experience.
  6. Has strong research abilities and the desire for continuous learning.
  7. Has a degree or diploma in HR, or a related field.

It’s a bonus if you:

  1. Have your CHRP or CHRL designation.
  2. Are bilingual in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
