Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $69,000 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in Canada Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and wellness benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment that values well‑being Participation in incentive programs tied to performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted long‑term disability benefit in Navigator Inform plan members of the overpayment amount with clear explanations both verbally and in writing Follow up with plan members for reimbursement of overpayments and negotiate acceptable repayment plans when necessary Collaborate with case management teams to strengthen financial results Prioritize work effectively, especially during peak times What is Required (Qualifications) Fully bilingual in French and English to support clients from various jurisdictions Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver difficult messages empathetically Proficient math skills Comfortable with Office 365, especially Excel and Word Exceptional oral and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Navigator is an asset Background in disability benefit calculations is helpful Open to change and continuous improvement Capacity for constant learning from both successes and failures We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
