Job Summary Tim Hortons is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, people, and performance within one of our restaurants. This role is a key leadership position designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, operational excellence, and people development. As part of the Tim Hortons Career Path, the General Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while building high-performing teams and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong business acumen, a customer‑first mindset, and a proven ability to manage operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
