The Opportunity The Director of Community Youth Services will directly manage the program staff in Youth Services in all CSFS communities, Culture gatherings, and any other program as assigned by the Executive Director of Child and Family Services and the Executive Director of Health.
The Director of Community Youth Services will monitor, evaluate and provide ongoing supervision and training for program staff, review service decisions, and monitor staff compliance with legislation. Develop, design and submit proposals to funding agencies in consultation with the Executive Director of Child and Family Services and the Executive Director of Health.

Wage Range The target hiring range for this position is $66.0680 to $86.8905 per hour.
Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicant’s role-specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
