We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour What You'll Do Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system Follow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheld Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection efforts Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations Champion company core values and other company programs Other duties as assigned Education North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required Experience Previous experience in a Collections role is preferred but not required Previous experience in customer service is required Previous experience in call center environment or finance related field is an asset Eager to learn and ability to work in high pressure situations Certificates/Licenses Must be able to be licensed with the appropriate collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions, if required What We're Looking For Location This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our London office located at 345 Ridout St N Shift Availability Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) year round. Shift availability from 12 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday Skills & Abilities Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to speak clearly, listen actively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using customer service platforms, CRM systems, and other software tools.
