Now, we're looking for a Senior Designer. What You'll Do Meet with clients to understand their goals, vision, and style. Design and present conceptual and detailed landscape plans that inspire and excite. Prepare estimates and manage projects from concept through completion. Collaborate with field crews to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest standards. Manage the client's expectations and requests from start to finish, including walkthroughs and invoicing. Stay current on design trends, sustainable practices, and new materials. What We're Looking For Creativity: Think beyond the ordinary to deliver standout, award-worthy designs. Innovation: Constantly explore new materials, ideas, and approaches to landscape design. Experience: 2+ years in high-end residential landscape design and construction project management. AutoCAD experience required. Leadership & Teamwork: Build up those around you—clients, coworkers, and the community. Sales & Charisma: Confidently present, quote, and manage the projects you design.
