The Role As the Product Manager for Cybersecurity Incident Response within our Security Operations (SecOps) team, you will lead a high‑performing, Agile team dedicated to safeguarding BCLC’s digital assets across our platforms. Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, you will drive the strategic direction of incident response capabilities, lead external partnerships in defense coordination, optimize security toolsets, and foster a culture of proactive defense and collaboration across the organization. What you will accomplish Define and execute the mission and vision of the SecOps team, aligning with Google’s Autonomic Security Operations principles and agile methodologies. Coach and mentor Agile team members, fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth. Develop and maintain robust incident response processes and playbooks using modern security technologies. Promote best practices across BCLC’s product teams through proactive engagement and knowledge sharing. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of security tools; champion workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
