**Responsibilities**:
- Leverage customer feedback and insights to iterate and improve the product.
- Lead iterative feature development process from just an idea, through the implementation stage and all the way to the launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, designers, and partners to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and business objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products and use data and feedback to inform product decisions and iterations.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the development team and stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Measure and evaluate product performance and user satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Communicate product updates, progress, risks, and plans to all levels of the organization, and solicit feedback and buy-in from cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to a culture that fosters creativity, diversity, and inclusion; and help make the team a fun and inspiring place to work.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Familiarity working with AI technologies, especially generative AI, and familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the field.
- Experience shipping enterprise-quality products, and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse team with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change while staying true to customer needs through experimentation and customer studies.
- Proficient analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and customer feedback to drive product decisions.
- Passionate, creative, and customer-focused, and driven by a growth mindset and a desire to learn and improve.
- Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic.
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.
