Coaching and Talent Development Strategist

As aCoaching and Talent Development Strategist, you’ll report to the Chief People Officer and help advance a culture of learning, leadership, and continuous improvement across BCAA. You’ll design and deliver coaching and development programs aligned with BCAA’s vision and values, empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. As a Certified Coach and Insights Practitioner, you’ll also lead human-skills and leadership initiatives that strengthen BCAA’s award-winning culture and drive performance excellence.**Who you are:** A people-centered professional who believes great leadership drives engagement and an exceptional customer experience.Facilitate engaging learning experiences and workshops that build self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills.Instructor’s or Adult Education Diploma. 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational learning, or professional coaching within complex customer-focused environments. and relationship-building skills.
