About the role

We create homes and communities, places of belonging, villages humming with life. With a range of unique villages nationwide (and more in development), we are a well-known and trusted operator, and we take our role seriously.Our current Senior Campaign Executive is heading off to create her own little village and we are seeking an experienced person to take the reins for 6-8 months maternity leave contract.

Based in our support office and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for researching, developing, driving, and delivering marketing plans for our numerous villages currently in various stages of development. You will employ your property marketing expertise across a range of village living options, with some key responsivities as follows:

  • Assist with development of village and regional marketing strategies
  • Deliver end-to-end advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage media allocations - production, despatch and approval process
  • Leverage data and dashboards to monitor campaign outcomes.
  • Create and monitor digital journeys in our CRM
  • Manage and plan marketing events and coordinate event implementation

About you
You will have approximately 5 + years' experience in a fast-paced marketing role. You will have solid experience managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns and ideally worked in a multi-site environment. You have excellent communication skills, a mature outlook, suitable for our key audiences and strong stakeholder management.
