Join our team and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges.About UsThree centers in Etobicoke, Scarborough, and HamiltonServing children aged 18 months to 18 years across the GTA and surrounding regionsProviding ABA and clinical services for ASD and other developmental needsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageCollaborative and supportive work environmentEmployer paid training and professional development opportunitiesPension ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramRegular consultation and collaboration from experienced cliniciansCompany cell phone and laptopJoin a supportive clinical team committed to providing progressive evidence-based servicesIdeal CandidateStrong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour and Skills Based Treatment (SBT)Enjoys working with children, is creative and has great play skillsSuperior oral and written communication skillsSupervisory and staff management experienceTakes initiative and has strong leadership skillsCommitted to ongoing professional developmentCaring and passionate about our workSeeking a work culture where progress is the goal, professional development is provided, and commitment is rewardedQualifications & ExperienceRegistered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.Minimum 10 years of experience working with Autistic individuals.Minimum 2 years of supervisory and program management experience.Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour and Skills Based Treatment (SBT).Superior oral and written communication skills.Experience in collaborating with caregivers and other stakeholders.Drivers license and access to a vehicle during work hours.The successful candidate must also have a current vulnerable sector screening.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising ITs in providing ABA services, monitoring and evaluation of performance.Conducting both functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments (VBMAPP, ESDM, EBIC, EFLS, etc.).Facilitating the intake process and participating in the treatment planning process.Conducting administrative and management duties.Preparing teaching materials, writing reports and progress notes.Responsible for developing and individualizing programs based on the assessment and input from parents and ITDeveloping, implementing and overseeing behaviour reduction plansImplement staff training and parent coachingActs as clinical liaison at the request of the parents with community agencies/schools etc.Meet regularly with families to review client progress and provide or supervise parent trainingJoin our dynamic team and help shape the future of children with autism.
