We are dedicated to providing leading care in physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and more. We are committed to helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being through our comprehensive range of services and personalized approach to care. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Staffing and Hiring: - Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for clinic staff and practitioners. 2. Practitioner Recruitment: - Identify and recruit qualified practitioners in physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and other wellness disciplines. - Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to attract top talent to our clinic. 3. Clinic-wide Sales and Marketing: - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and drive business growth. - Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content. - Monitor key performance indicators and adjust marketing strategies as needed to maximize ROI. 4. General Oversight: - Provide day-to-day supervision and support to clinic staff and practitioners, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to delivering exceptional patient care. 5. Other Responsibilities: - Coordinate scheduling and appointment bookings to optimize clinic efficiency and accommodate client needs. - Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards. - Collaborate with management team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance clinic performance. Qualifications: - 3+ years in a similar role at a similar clinic - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare management, or related field. - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering results in a fast - paced environment. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - On-site gym - Store discount Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Leadership: 1 year (required) - Wellness Clinic: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
