Strengthen cloud security across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments by implementing configuration baselines and monitoring security posture. Maintain and enhance email security and phishing defense tools. Contribute to the design and delivery of cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation programs. Assist in the development and maintenance of incident response playbooks, risk assessments, and security policies. Partner with IT operations to support secure configuration and patch management processes. Collaborate with third‑party vendors and managed service providers on threat intelligence, monitoring, and compliance initiatives. Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards tracking vulnerabilities, phishing results, and incident trends. Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS). Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
