This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing maintenance crew in a dynamic industrial environment.Job Description:Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to deliver safe and efficient operations.Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Uphold and enforce safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory compliance.Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and reports.Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability initiatives.Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and engagement.Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize plant performance.Job Requirements:Journeyperson Millwright certification OR a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial equipment.Skilled in maintenance management systems and computer applications.Proven leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience in unionized settings considered an asset.Safety-focused mindset with a track record of leading by example.Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards.
