You’ll also play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing new technologies.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair production equipment and facilities, including bridge cranes (up to 25 tons)Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibrationSupport implementation of new systems and technology upgradesCarry out all typical Millwright/ Industrial Mechanic duties as neededQualificationsWhat You Bring:Journeyman Millwright / Industrial Mechanic certification (or equivalent)Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machining knowledge3+ years’ experience, ideally in manufacturingExcellent troubleshooting, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsMachining experience is an assetAble to lift 40 lb regularly; up to 100 lb occasionallyWilling and able to work bi-weekly rotating shifts (day/evening), including weekendsTeam-oriented, safety-focused, and reliableStrong verbal and written English communication skillsAdditional InformationPhysical Demands:Frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and manual handling. Must be able to work in tight spaces and at heights. Visual acuity and the ability to focus are essential.Work Environment:You’ll work in a steel fabrication facility with exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, heat, and moving equipment. Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.
