Opportunity for Periodontist – Digital, Collaborative Practice in Upcoming Surgical Implant Facility

We are seeking expressions of interest from Periodontists looking to align with a digitally focused, interdisciplinary surgical and implant dentistry facility currently under development in Chilliwack, British Columbia . This opportunity, structured as a cost-sharing arrangement , is ideal for a periodontist who values precision, collaboration, and long-term practice growth.Our new clinic— Chilliwack Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery —is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility designed to support complex implant and regenerative periodontal procedures through a fully integrated digital workflow. The facility is scheduled to be fully operational in approximately 2 to 3 years , with the intent of fostering close collaboration between oral surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, and anesthesiologists.Key Facility Features Will Include:Two hospital-grade operating rooms suited for advanced periodontal surgeries, including grafting, regenerative procedures, and implants—delivered under IV sedation or general anesthesiaTwo fully equipped dental operatories for routine care, hygiene, consults, and minor surgical casesA private consultation room for interdisciplinary case discussions and digital treatment planning with patients and referring dentistsAccess to CBCT imaging , intraoral scanning , and 3D treatment planning software (e.g., for guided surgery, soft tissue management, and implant placement)Collaborative support from an experienced team including an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, a prosthodontist, and anesthesiology staffA growing referral base throughout Chilliwack and the Fraser ValleyThis is an ideal opportunity for a digitally driven periodontist who is looking to deliver high-quality, coordinated care as part of a surgical and restorative team.
