The People & Culture Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of core People & Culture operations across the firm. The successful candidate would be required to execute HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. This role will also play a key role in maintaining the HRIS as the system of record for employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.

HRIS & Employee Data Management
Serve as a primary administrator for day-to-day HRIS transactions and data maintenance
Ensure employee data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the HRIS
Run standard HR reports and support data requests from leadership and Finance
Performance & HR Cycles
Support performance review cycles by tracking timelines and documentation
Ensure performance-related data and documentation are accurately captured in HR systems
Employee Support
Apply HR policies consistently and escalate complex employee relations matters as needed
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field
~3–5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
~ Hands-on experience using an HRIS to manage employee data and HR transactions.
~ Experience working with APD Workforce Now would be a strong asset
~ Working knowledge of core HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes
~ Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports and data
~ Professional working proficiency in French is highly advantageous
