We have begun expansion into York Region and looking for an experienced locksmith to join our team. Competitive Pay: $30‑$40/hr base (commensurate with level of experience) plus overtime/on‑call premium when required. What You'll Do Install, repair, and service mechanical locks, keys, and door hardware (closers, exit devices, hinges). Work with electronic access control devices (keypads, card readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks). Troubleshoot and maintain automatic door operators and related integrated security systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, providing expert solutions. Deliver excellent customer service and security recommendations. Who We're Looking For Locksmiths & Door Technicians with experience in commercial, residential or automotive experience. Junior Technicians with strong mechanical aptitude, eager to learn. Trades background in electrical work, data wiring, carpentry, glazing, or auto mechanics are a plus Must‑Haves Ability to work with various tools & equipment Excellent technical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow up. Valid Ontario G‑Level driver’s license (with a clean driving record) Trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused. Clean criminal background check. Willingness to do occasional after‑hours urgent/emergency work, if required Live in York Region or surrounding areas.
