Reporting to the Manager of Patient Registration, the Registration Associate provides quality customer service for patients through the process of registration. This position is responsible for capturing and recording accurate demographic and financial information and applying positive patient identification practices. The Patient Registration Associate is often the first contact for patients and will conduct their duties with a focus on the patient and family. They will act from a customer service perspective in all interactions and work to support and collaborate with care providers.
