Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.Job DescriptionBecome a member of a billion-dollar industry in Core Business Workflows and the Public Sector and Quebec.As a member of our Core Business Workflows Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Core Business Workflows product suite. You will help guide revenue for HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, Health & Safety, Employee Center Pro, and other emerging Employee Workflows solutions with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a hands-on “technical” solution consultant role and can go wide and deep on all aspects of the ServiceNow platform during the sales cycle. Bonus points if you have experience at a ServiceNow partner or have spent time as a ServiceNow product owner.What You Get To Do In This RoleThe Core Business Workflows Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of the Core Business Workflows product suiteLead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our Core Business Workflows solutions with customer needsAnswer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleaguesGuide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreementProvide feedback to product management about product enhancements that address customer needs and guide additional valueShare and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance quality and efficiencyStay current on competitive analysis and market differentiationSupport marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade showsQualificationsIn order to be successful in this role, we are seeking someone who has:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experienceOR 3+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience or ServiceNow product owner experienceProficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutionsFamiliarity with common “industry standard” HRIS integration use cases – Public Sector experience a plusExperience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional servicesTerritory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellenceServiceNow applications are built on a platform that maximizes development velocity and minimizes maintenance through reusable components, lower integration needs and a flexible development approachBilingual French and EnglishExpected Travel: 25-30%Additional InformationWork PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
