Employer Industry: Technology Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity to shape the future of Core Business Workflows in a billion-dollar industry Competitive salary with potential for bonuses based on performance Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexible work personas that cater to individual needs Engage with high-profile clients, including 85% of Fortune 500 companies What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of the Core Business Workflows product suite Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align product solutions with their needs Answer technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues Guide strategic programs in key accounts, including customer journey sessions Share best practices and reusable assets with the Solution Consulting team to enhance efficiency What is Required (Qualifications) 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience OR 3+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience or ServiceNow platform/product owner experience Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions Familiarity with common HRIS integration use cases; Public Sector experience is a plus Bilingual in French and English How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes or decision-making Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building Collaborative experience with product management, marketing, and professional services Understanding of competitive analysis and market differentiation Previous experience at a ServiceNow partner We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
