They are accountable for ensuring liquor inventory and ordering is completed and for scheduling bartenders and support staff. Our goal is to work together and build stronger, more vibrant communities where everyone can thrive.What You Will DoDemonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s and The Canadian Brewhouse’s vision, mission and safety principles to make a difference in guest’s lives.Manage the activities of the Bar, driving sales, service and satisfaction.Oversee all aspects pertaining to drink preparation and drink service, including prep lists, recipe books, drink preparation, presentation, service and waste.Lead by example when bartending – follow service steps, keep a positive attitude, and provide great service.Create the bar schedule based on targets and projections and ensure labour budgets are being met shift by shift.Manage and monitor the liquor and glassware inventory, drive sales of slow-moving or high inventory products.Be responsible for the maintenance of inventory systems, BevCheck, and draft systems.Be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and periodic administrative paperwork, recordkeeping, and reporting.Be responsible for bar organization and cleanliness; adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules and ensure staff follow the procedures set out in the Health and Safety manual.Perform other duties, as assigned.Embody Lake Country Co-op’s values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect and The Canadian Brewhouse’s values of Take Care of Each Other and Yourself, Think Like a Customer, Support Your Community, Hurry – Don’t Rush, Embrace Innovation, and Be Persistent.Who You Will Work WithThe Team: Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key participant in initiating, developing, and executing plans and policies to ensure continued growth in sales, service, employee satisfaction, and guest satisfaction.
