**Job Summary**
Prince Albert Brewing Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensure exceptional guest experience. and help create a vibe for being the spot to be in Prince Albert.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily bar operations and manage bar staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Plan and organize entertainment events to attract patrons such as DJ Nights, Bands, stand up shows etc.
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, menus & events
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
- Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive environment.

**Skills**
- 2-3 years of bar management experience
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting.
- Experience in bar drinks preparation and knowledge of food dishes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for mixology and staying updated on industry trends.
- Flexible schedule and a hands-on management.
