Reporting to the Cornerstone C‑Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co‑operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Provide pump island and in‑store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties. Ensure safety is held as the highest priority. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times. Knowledge and understanding of the POS system, pumps, propane, and carwash. Receive, price and display merchandise as required. Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports. Support and follow asset protection and safety management systems, policies, and procedures. Embody our values of honesty, innovation, responsibility, and respect. Is attentive to detail and has strong cash‑management skills. Has the ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20-25 pounds regularly. Has POS experience and can work in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment. Has a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Is willing to obtain WHMIS, propane dispensing certifications.
