Who are you?

SiftMed is looking for a trailblazer. This role is for someone who has grown sales tactics from the ground up, you love data, building processes and solving problems. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in finding new markets, building the best marketing models to target those markets and is interested in being part of a high-powered team from the ground level. We are targeting new markets, learning about new challenges they face and ensuring we help our customers with the best products.

What you will be doing:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive, repeatable sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Lead the business development strategy by driving inbound and outbound lead generation activity, conduct outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales, business development and marketing team, providing coaching and mentoring to drive individual and team success.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by establishing sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed those targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget efficiently and effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Leverage reporting and analytics systems to track sales and marketing performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

Pre-requisites:

  • Must have start-up experience
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing sales pipelines and processes from scratch
  • Experience building business development sequences to generate leads
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams in the tech industry
  • Knowledge of the medical, insurance, or legal industry - previous experience is an asset
  • Experience achieving sales quotas, with a strong internal desire to meet and exceed achievable targets
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Individuals with great attention to detail will be prioritized
