Leasing Sales Coordinator – Servus Credit Union Canada’s Largest Credit Union Posting closes: November 21, 2025, 4:00 p.m. Employment Status: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (in‑person) Location: Stride Capital office, Southwest Calgary. We are hiring for the Leasing Sales Coordinator to join our Stride Capital team. The role supports Stride Account Managers and plays an important part in growing our company. It requires a self‑starter with entrepreneurial energy who thrives in a fast‑paced, exciting environment. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and build credit packages from start to finish using information collected by each Account Manager. Read and analyze personal and commercial credit reports, research collateral value, and secondary markets. Prepare credit submissions—including application, credit write‑up, quotes, employment verification, and financial statements—to provide the credit team with an informed decision. Collaborate with the documentation team to get deals documented and funded. Maintain data input and integrity of Aspire data for each submission. Create amortization schedules to identify return rates and gross profit for each funded deal. What You Bring Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or an administrative environment. Professional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Education Currently enrolled in, or graduated with, a BA/BS in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred).
