Job Description AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for our team to be based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON. This position is for a newly created position. This is a newly created role. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders. Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications. Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate. Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed. Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress. Qualifications University Degree in Civil Engineering + 4years experience on MTO projectsor College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 6years experience on MTO projects OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required OR PEng in Ontario. Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training Preferred Qualifications: Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
