Our Studio: Behaviour Interactive, headquartered in Montreal, is a leading studio with over 1200 employees across Montreal, Toronto, Rotterdam, and the UK. We focus on Services and Original Games, creating immersive experiences on PC, console, and mobile platforms, including iconic IPs like Dead by Daylight. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director, and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies. Work in synergy with the project management team to ensure smooth delivery of visual assets. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials (key visuals, logos, presentations, social media assets, etc.). Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all deliverables. Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and creative briefs. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or the video game industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory. Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work. Familiarity with branding for intellectual properties and licensed products.
