About the Role

You'll oversee the creation of visual assets tied to our brand—from digital campaigns to social media graphics and more.

This is a fully onsite role based in our Montreal office. We're building something special here and believe the best collaboration happens face-to-face

Responsibilities

As our Senior Graphic Web Designer, you'll:

• Own and evolve the visual identity of the Carousel brand across all digital touchpoints
• Design, develop, and maintain our website using Framer (experience required)
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver assets that support growth and storytelling
• Design and build reusable web components in Framer and Figma that can be easily adapted across pages and campaigns
• Create and manage a scalable Figma component library, ensuring consistent styling, typography, and interaction patterns
• Execute hands-on graphic design work from web layouts to marketing visuals, infographics, social content, and decks
• Prototype interactive elements in Figma to communicate motion, flow, and responsiveness
• Design production-ready assets (icons, illustrations, buttons, banners, and animations) aligned with the Carousel brand system
• Create high-impact visuals for campaigns, decks, social media, and other brand materials
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms and devices
• Analyze site performance and make UX/UI improvements based on data and feedback
• Manage the full lifecycle of web projects—from concept to delivery—while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Help shape the creative direction of our brand as we scale

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing-focused graphics and web design
• Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Strong hands-on experience with Framer and web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
• Proficiency in Figma (component creation, auto layout, and design systems)
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work
• Experience designing for growth marketing teams (campaigns, conversion funnels, landing pages, etc.)
• Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business goals
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills—you can explain your ideas clearly to non-design stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and excited to work onsite with a small but mighty team

What Does Our Interview Process Look Like?

1. Virtual Phone Screening
   – A brief 15-minute intro chat with our Recruitment team via Google Meet. We'll share more about the role, the team, and our mission while learning about your experience.
2. Virtual Interview
   – A 30-minute interview with our Marketing Manager to review your background, discuss upcoming projects, and share our vision for the role.
3. On-site Interview
   – Meet our founder and Marketing Manager at our office for a final discussion to ensure mutual alignment.
4. Decision
   – Offer or feedback.
