Contract Management Specialist

DescriptionThe Contract Management Specialist (“CMS”) will be responsible for and completing lease and loan documentation on those transactions approved by Ritchie Bros. Financial Services.The representative effectively and efficiently interfaces with internal and external customers.The CMS will work hybrid out of our office in Burnaby.Qualifications2 years of relevant contract-related work experience desired but not requiredTechnological knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and contract management and/or loan application software.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform in high pressure situations to meet tight deadlinesExhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Displays exceptional time management skills.Independent self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.Possesses strong financial services knowledgeDisplays excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationshipsResponsibilitiesCommunicates effectively and coordinates with all parties involved in the transaction.Refers all negotiations with respect to contracts to the appropriate Account Manager, and coordinates all addendums to existing contracts.Accurate and timely completion of document generation by lender and delivery of documents to our customersAudits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications and deficiencies in order to submit to our Lenders for fundingManages workflow on a priority basis with respect to status of contracts for managementParticipate & conduct in special projects and additional adhoc duties as assignedAdheres to existing RBFS policies and procedures while identifying potential improvements to better manage risk.Can be called upon to provide training to new hiresEmployerRB Global (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) is a leading, omnichannel marketplace that provides value-added insights, services and transaction solutions for buyers and sellers of commercial assets and vehicles worldwide.
