Digital Asset Management (DAM) CoordinatorShort-term, impactful contract supporting a major business transformation project. This role is essential for the Product Image Library Clean-Up initiative, where you will focus on organizing, reviewing, and tagging a large volume of digital assets.Base Pay RangeCA$30.00/hr - CA$40.00/hrPotential extension based on project needs. Position requires the talent to be located in the Greater Toronto Area for in-person onboarding and possible subsequent hybrid work.ResponsibilitiesSupport the clean-up and organization of a large product image library within a Digital Asset Management system.Execute high-volume metadata tagging and review of digital assets to ensure consistency and accuracy.Review existing assets for quality, format compliance, and eliminate duplicate files.Maintain an organized and streamlined DAM environment, ensuring assets are easily searchable and accessible.Collaborate with the team lead and other partners, providing clear updates on progress and status.Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working within 44 hours per week.RequirementsExperience in Digital Asset Management: 2–3 years of experience in digital asset management, or content archiving (internship experience is acceptable).Must-Have: Hands‑on experience working with any Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.Nice-to-Have: Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM.EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical SkillsBasic understanding of file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, TIF) and metadata tagging.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong asset.Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, comfort working with large volumes of digital files, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Why Apply?This is an excellent chance to either solidify your existing experience or receive training and gain practical, resume‑building skills within a top‑tier Digital Asset Management platform like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Play a direct, project‑focused role in a Large Business Transformation Technology Project, offering exposure to how a major organization manages its evolving digital asset needs.Benefit from a task‑oriented role with clear instructions, allowing you to quickly onboard and achieve measurable success in a high-priority cleanup project.Our client needs someone to join as soon as possible – an opportunity for someone who is not currently working but is active in their job search.Ready to leverage your DAM expertise on a critical clean‑up project?
