Reporting to the General Manager, this position is accountable for developing, implementing, and supporting sales programs to achieve sales and margin objectives. What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives, including outlining expectations for sales, gross margin and pricing. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers in the development, implementation and execution of sales plans to meet performance targets and align with business strategy. Manage the customer base and implement customer programs effectively. Oversee precision ag products and customer planning resources. Assist in developing sales, operating and capital budgets with Divisional and Branch Management. Provide real‑time information on saleable inventory, competitive pricing/programs, and report sales vs. objectives. Provide market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in farm supply sales and marketing. University degree in Agriculture, Commerce or Administration. Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
