ResponsibilitiesAct as a middle man between different key stakeholders such as Talent Agents, Brands and Dulcedo Talents.Help maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationshipsThe opportunity to work alongside Dulcedo's Gaming TalentsSupport outbound PR pitching efforts by drafting outreach emails and assisting with templatesPrepare and pack PR gifting for our talentsAssist social media strategizing for talentsLearn and assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for upcoming talent partnershipsMaintain up-to-date records of partnership tracking and performance insights Your profileRecent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).Strong organizational and time management skills offering great work ethics.While bilingualism in French and English is considered a huge asset, it is sufficient to be fluent in English.Passion for the creator economy and influencer marketing (Bonus if in fitness and beauty niches)Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.Strong desire to kick off a career in the world of talent management and influencer marketing.
