We want people to do their best work at Ubico.We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Rep to help us expand our customer base.Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresent our company to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our Account ExecutivesArrange business meetings/demos with prospective clientsDevelop external network via attending conferences, trade shows, and industry eventsRequirements and qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA proven track record of sales developmentPays strict attention to detailAble to work in a fast-paced environmentPersuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business senseUp-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidentlyPossesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAble to multitask while efficiently managing prioritiesWhy should you consider this offer?Competitive salary ($55,000 base with commission for OTE of $80,000) + Stock optionsHealth insurance including life, dental and vision, virtual healthcare3 weeks paid vacation, plus 1 week during the holidays.Annual retreats in fun locationsAny equipment/software/tech that you need to do your jobOur cultureThe last few decades taught us that work should be a “sacrifice” but the truth is that work doesn’t need to come at the cost of one’s personal life.
