You're a mentor, a team builder, and a top-tier painter. You'll run job sites, communicate with homeowners, and lead by example, all while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead a small crew of painters on residential job sites Actively paint and assist with prep, spraying, cutting, and rolling Oversee job timelines, quality control, and daily site tasks Maintain positive, professional interactions with clients Uphold safety standards and train team members Ensure jobs finish on time, on budget, and to Harbor's high standards Qualifications 3 or more years of painting experience (crew leadership is a strong asset) Ability to provide references of past employers supporting your past leadership role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead and inspire a team High attention to detail and a strong work ethic Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Full time position Earning Potential at CA$65,000 to CA$95,000, annually Performance-based bonuses for completing jobs under budget with 100% customer satisfaction Paid training and clear growth pathways Extended health, vision, and life insurance after 90 days Company events and a positive, family-oriented culture All tools and equipment are provided Year-round work with workflow adjusted for seasonal changes Why Work With Us?
