Role: Data Analyst/Consultant — Value-Based Care Location: Remote in Canada, with occasional team meetings in downtown Toronto Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets using enterprise data warehouses, clinical data platforms, and population health tools. Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and automated pipelines to track provider performance, risk adjustment, quality outcomes, utilization patterns, and financial results under value-based arrangements. Translate complex data into clear recommendations, visualizations, and executive-level presentations. Proactively identify trends, gaps, and root‑cause drivers to inform operational and strategic initiatives for VBC stakeholders. Your Experience Experience in management consulting, healthcare analytics, population health, or value-based care operations Demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, build models, and generate insights that drive business and clinical decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is an asset). Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear stories for executives and clinicians. High IQ/EQ (emotional intelligence) Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, basic data cleaning).
