We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join ourGlencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

The position will be based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

This is a unionized contract position, up to one year.

Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities:

The Desktop Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing on-going support for all technology needs to all employees of Sudbury Operations. The incumbent works in cooperation with other members of the Information Systems Department and customers from Sudbury Operations.

Rapidly changing business requirements combined with constant advances in information technology, demands that the Desktop Support Technician maintain the skills necessary to provide the client with proactive consultation and resolution.
