Graphic Designer & Illustrator – Ski Startup We’re building the first full‑stack digital ecosystem for winter sports travel—an all‑in‑one platform for over 150 million skiers and snowboarders. With a product trio of Reservewinter, Snowclub, and Snowbus, we’re scaling fast and need a visual storyteller to grow our brand identity and deliver engaging illustrations, icons, and collateral across the whole ecosystem. Scope Contract, 4–8 week pilot (part‑time or flexible), remote (North America, LATAM, or Europe). Deferred compensation, potential equity, and bonus after the raise. Responsibilities Evolve and formalize our core brand system across all brands. Refine color, typography, grids, and visual rules. Create original illustrations and avatars (characters, badges, scene illustrations). Build scalable iconography and micro‑brand assets. Design collateral and campaigns (pitch decks, investor materials, social and email graphics, simple motion storyboards). Organize and maintain brand components, libraries, and visual tokens in Figma. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure product surfaces stay on brand. Inject mountain culture storytelling into all deliverables. Qualifications 3–6+ years of graphic design / illustration experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, illustration and iconography, layout, hierarchy, and typography. Fluent in Figma for brand systems, components, and handoff. Comfort designing across pitch decks, web/social assets, and product‑adjacent visuals. Ability to move fast and iterate in a startup environment. Additional plus: Sports, lifestyle, or youth culture brands; motion design thinking; passion for skiing/snowboarding. Engagement 4–8 week pilot, part‑time or flexible hours. Remote, async‑friendly. Direct collaboration with founder, marketing, and product teams. Start date: ASAP.
