Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of the RS Catering team, you will be responsible for delivering championship fan service and event execution to guests and clients during a variety of corporate and social events.Oversee catering events and a la carte service, depending on business needs.Prepare and organize setup outlines, production sheets, and seating plans.Ensure pre- and post-service tasks are completed and staff are assigned sections and duties.Lead expedition of BEOs, liaising with the kitchen and client/food to the dining room.Ensure order discrepancies are quickly resolved in a calm and professional manner.Supervise the floor during the event/during service; respond to client & guest concerns.Ensure closing duties are completed with attention to detail.Document service issues and resolutions.Produces post-event evaluation reports, including financial data entry and overall analysis.Attend BEO Meetings, stay informed of updates via the change log.Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching/training / motivation to staff.Assist with other administrative functions, including employee performance reviews.Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Perform other duties as required.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
