Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (Health & Safety) Location: St John's NLWork Schedule: Monday-FridayHourly Rate: $19 hourly We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a multi-faceted role that combines administrative support, health & safety coordination, and quality assurance oversight. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems Code and enter general expense invoices daily Prepare daily bank deposits Provide backup coverage for switchboard operations during breaks Process invoices for materials, freight, and outsourced services File supplier invoices as needed Cross-train with other administrative roles to support departmental coverage Assist with additional administrative projects or tasks as required Qualifications Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a strong asset High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills Proficient in computer and office software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, professional, and courteous demeanor Preferred Experience 1-2 years of prior office experience Basic understanding of manufacturing business cycle transactions #J-18808-Ljbffr
