With our creativity, outstanding culture, and cool technology we may just be the best kept marketing secret in Canada.ResponsibilitiesAI Platform Optimization (OpenAI / ChatGPT Team)Assist in the strategy, structure, and governance for JAM’s ChatGPT Team environmentDefine best practices, safety standards, and usage models across teamsTranslate business requirements into scalable AI workflows that support everyday workMonitor platform updates and ensure JAM adopts new capabilities responsibly and quicklyCustom GPT Development & ManagementBuild, refine, and maintain custom GPTs tailored to specific clients, use cases, and internal workflowsOwn system instructions and configuration logic to ensure reliable, high‑quality behaviourPartner with internal content owners to evolve knowledge bases and maintain accuracyTest, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced model issues that impact quality or performanceWorkflow Acceleration & EnablementIdentify high‑value opportunities where AI can speed up communication, creative work, QA, reporting, and client‑service tasksDesign AI‑assisted processes for briefs, emails, decks, research, recaps, and reviewsTrain teams on how to get consistent, high‑quality outputs from AI toolsDevelop reusable templates, prompt frameworks, and examples that drive efficiency and improve resultsResearch and evaluate emerging AI tools, agents, automations, and integrationsPrototype new solutions that enhance marketing delivery and operational efficiencyAdvise leadership on long‑term AI strategy, investment areas, and competitive advantageStay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, workflow automation, and marketing technologyDesired Skills & Experience3–5+ years of experience in AI, digital strategy, marketing technology, or related fieldsExperience with prompt engineering, LLM behaviour, or AI‑driven workflow designUnderstanding of marketing, CRM, creative workflows, or client communicationsAbility to translate user feedback into structured, technical improvementsStrong communicator who can coach teams and simplify complex AI conceptsBonus: Experience with automation platforms, APIs, integrations (Teams, Outlook)JAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
