Supervise QC inspection teams and ensure quality documentation meets codes, customer and program requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupervise QC Inspections and support daily work activities.Ensure quality programs fully implemented and inspections performed on schedule.Train staff and coach for professional development.Maintain accurate documentation submittals and compliance with specifications, drawings and codes.Coordinate with customers, owners and code inspectors.Support quality procedures, work instructions and records management.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsPost‑secondary education in welding technology, QA/QC or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication inspection / quality assurance in a lead role.Good communication, organizational and computer literacy (MS Office, databases).Knowledge of ASME, CSA codes, ISO 9001, CWB, nuclear and non‑nuclear ASME & CSA codes.Level II or equivalent weld inspector (asset).Training in PT, MT, VT, calibration methods.Diversity & InclusionAecon welcomes women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and all gender identities.
