Role Overview Quality Supervisor – reports to the Quality Manager. Supervise QC inspection teams and ensure quality documentation meets codes, customer and program requirements. Responsibilities Supervise QC Inspections and support daily work activities. Ensure quality programs fully implemented and inspections performed on schedule. Train staff and coach for professional development. Maintain accurate documentation submittals and compliance with specifications, drawings and codes. Coordinate with customers, owners and code inspectors. Support quality procedures, work instructions and records management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in welding technology, QA/QC or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication inspection / quality assurance in a lead role. Good communication, organizational and computer literacy (MS Office, databases). Knowledge of ASME, CSA codes, ISO 9001, CWB, nuclear and non‑nuclear ASME & CSA codes. Level II or equivalent weld inspector (asset). Training in PT, MT, VT, calibration methods.
