Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet passengers arriving at the aerodrome
Generate flight manifests and manage the check-in process
Verify passenger counts and handle incident reporting
Support housekeeping and light maintenance tasks
Liaise with external transportation companies for smooth transitions
Requirements:
Minimum two years of customer service experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean record
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
