We are also proud to be named Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2023 and 2024 Learn more at shn.ca Job Description The Project Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate the intake, prioritization, resourcing tracking and reporting processes for projects as defined by the Chief Information Officer. The Project Coordinator will provide oversight and support for IT governance processes and review boards including but not limited to preparing reports for dissemination to leadership and project executives in collaboration with the Digital Health leadership Team. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting governance, methodologies, and oversight for projects/initiatives across the Digital Services portfolio as assigned by the Digital Health leadership team Oversee project management frameworks and templates Supports, plans, coordinates and promotes the organization's formal IT services intake, prioritization, resourcing, tracking, and reporting process and governance including project plans, timeframes, schedules, budgets and communication materials. Plan meetings and organizing project logistics. Support collaboration such as file sharing, document/template management/updates. Maintain and monitor IT asset inventory. Tracks metrics, schedules reviews, maintains tools, and keeps documentation up to date Monitor and track intake progress and addresses issues that arise appropriately Ability to analyze situations and data to inform decision-making and identify solutions Collaborates with cross-departmental sponsors and project members to communicate and educate the organization on the initiative intake process and other processes Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal users and external partners including governance bodies’, vendors, senior leadership, physicians, staff, learners and volunteers Support basic program operational functions as requested by the Digital Health Leadership team Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Business Administration, Management or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or Certified Associate in Project Management is preferred 3-5 years proven experience in project management or coordination roles is highly valued Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective coordination Accommodation And Diversity Statement Scarborough Health Network (SHN) embraces and celebrates our community’s unique multicultural heritage and diversity.
