Company Perks and Rewards Competitive Pay Rate Exposure to a global finance environment Collaborative and informal team culture The Job As a SharePoint Specialist, you provide support and guidance to employees on all matters related to SharePoint. You will also: Contribute to the approach, architecture, and design of the SharePoint environment to effectively support organizational objectives Oversee SharePoint administration, including developing, configuring, and maintaining document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collections Perform system administrative tasks such as site creation, backup, restoration, and issue resolution Manage and revise SharePoint site layouts; customize sites to meet organizational and functional needs Monitor SharePoint usage, analyze daily user activity, and produce usage reports Coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to execute updates and maintain records of maintenance, updates, and system activity Provide ad hoc technical support Develop and deliver SharePoint training materials to promote effective user adoption Participate in planning and execution of SharePoint-based initiatives, including upgrades, third-party solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems What you bring to the job You are someone demonstrated ability to develop and execute implementation plans that meet defined objectives. You are able to identify efficiency gains and cost-reduction opportunities through effective use of technology. Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in an IT-related field 2–3 years of experience supporting SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online Strong capability in delivering SharePoint training and producing user guides and manuals Exposure to BI tool integration is an asset Experience managing non-critical projects; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus High attention to detail with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including handling complex or ambiguous information Flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and a broad range of responsibilities Demonstrated professional maturity, cultural sensitivity, and high standards of integrity Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate diplomatically in complex environments Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social impact values, with a genuine interest in driving positive change and empowering underserved communities Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.
